No matter what type of mushrooms is the part of your eating habits, you should know that by eating mushrooms you greatly reduce your risk of the breast cancer. Just recently, a team of scientists advocated that women who ate mushrooms at least once per week had lesser chances of developing breast cancer.
However, the study only implied to the women who aren’t in their menopause. So, if you aren’t still in menopause, opt for eating some mushrooms these days.
