Staple food around the world, eggs aren’t only delicious but they also promote the health of your breasts. Eggs are excellent fighters against the breast cancer since they contain a chemical called choline.
Consuming 425 milligrams of choline each day reduces a woman’s risk of developing breast cancer by 24%. Keep in mind that choline is only found in the egg yolk. Also, keep in mind that one large egg contains nearly 120 grams of choline. So, it would be ideal to eat at least three eggs to feel the health benefits of choline.
