You grandmother didn’t put parsley in soups and other dishes for no reason. She probably knew that this herb and condiment is excellent for preventing several types of cancer, including the breast cancer.
This herb that has a heavenly smell is abundant in one special chemical called apigenin. This chemical compound of parsley inhibits the growth of malignant cells and it also kills them as well, which was confirmed by several scientists in Missouri.
