#19 – Beans
Bloating and stomach gasses aren’t the only two things you will get from eating beans. Beans are actually extremely healthy. Even when you have stomach gasses and bloating, you should know that beans are doing something good for your health down in your stomach.
Besides they are good for the health of your stomach, beans are also good at preventing breast cancer. They are excellent for preventing cancer because they are high in fiber which greatly decreases one’s risk of developing ductal carcinoma and other aggressive breast cancer types.
