Kiwifruit is a fruity plant that people often eat. Shape of kiwifruit is oval like. Flesh of kiwifruit is green on the inside with little black eatable seeds. Skin color of kiwifruit is furry brown that is eatable but is often removed. Kiwifruit skin is generally thin. Kiwi is often found in South China. Name of fruit is given in 1959 after kiwi, symbol and bird of New Zealand. Prior to that, Chinese gooseberry was the name of fruit in English. The kiwifruit are very good source of vitamins and minerals. Kiwifruit are full of vitamin K, potassium, vitamin C and fiber. Kiwifruit have more vitamin C than an identical measure of orange.
