#20 – Gooseberry
The gooseberry is a citrus fruity plant that people usually eat. This fruit belongs to family Grossulariaceae which is also the group of currant. Shape of gooseberries is round to oval and small origin of Europe. They grow in the wild everywhere throughout the warm atmospheres of North America, Europe and Siberia. These berries stuffed with pigment antioxidant polyphenolics. Gooseberries are a very good source of calcium, iron, phosphorous, vitamin C, carotene and vitamin B complex.
